These terms apply to every Shopify theme sold by Uno Themes, Lithuania (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello.unothemes@gmail.com
Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for your order and handles payment, invoices and VAT.
1. What you buy
A license to use all three Shopify themes (KINETIK, LUMYN and HALDEN) with the setup guide, updates and the extras listed on the product page, including Mascot Studio (9 images: 3 with each mascot).
2. License: all three themes, one store
- One purchase = one license = one live Shopify store. You can use any of the three themes on that store and switch whenever you like.
- You may also install it on development or unpublished stores for testing.
- You may edit the themes for your own store.
- Building stores for clients? Buy one license per client store.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the theme files or any part of them, edited or not.
- Use the theme to make a competing theme or template product.
- Share your license key or download link.
4. Demo content
Products, photos, texts and reviews in our demo stores are examples. They are not part of the license.
5. Updates and support
- Theme updates are included at no extra cost.
- Support is by email at hello.unothemes@gmail.com. It covers installing and setting up the theme’s own features, not custom code, third-party apps or general Shopify setup.
6. Shopify and third parties
You need your own Shopify store. Shopify fees, apps and other services are your responsibility. We are not affiliated with Shopify.
7. Your store content
You are responsible for what your store shows, including product claims, prices, discounts and reviews. Don’t use the theme to show fake reviews, fake stock levels or misleading timers.
8. Refunds

9. Liability
The theme is provided as described on the product page. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the theme. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the license
If you break these terms, for example by sharing the files, your license ends and you must stop using the theme.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country.
