Our themes are digital products: one purchase gets you all three. You get the files right after purchase, so all sales are final, except in the two cases below. Please read the product page and try the live demo before you buy. By completing your order you accept this policy.
Your 14-day withdrawal right
At checkout you agree to get immediate access to the theme and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts. EU law allows this for digital content.
When you get a refund
You get a full refund if:
- The theme has a bug that stops it working as described on the product page, you send us proof (screenshots or a video, plus your store address and theme version), and we can’t fix it within 7 days of your report; or
- You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate purchase).
Please ask within 30 days of your purchase.
When there is no refund
- You changed your mind after the download started.
- You don’t have the time or skills to set it up (our setup guide and support are there to help).
- A third-party app or custom code doesn’t work with the theme.
- Mascot Studio images that were already made.
What our support covers
If something isn’t working, email us first. We usually fix it fast.
We help with:
- Bugs or errors in the theme.
- Installing the theme and getting started.
- Problems downloading your files or using your license key.
We don’t cover:
- Conflicts with third-party apps.
- Changes you or a developer made to the theme code.
- Big custom changes beyond the theme’s built-in features.
How to ask
Email hello.unothemes@gmail.com with your order number and the proof described above. We reply within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. After a refund your license and Mascot Studio access end, and the theme must be removed from your store.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are solved within a day. If a chargeback is opened, the license ends while the case is open.
Your license
One purchase = one license for one Shopify store, unless we say otherwise. The theme, its code, designs and images stay the property of Uno Themes and are protected by copyright. You may not resell or share the theme files.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version shown when you bought the theme applies to your purchase.
This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights for faulty digital content.
