What we collect
- Order details from Creem when you buy: your name, email address, country and what you bought.
- Support emails you send us.
- Basic hosting logs: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.
- Mascot Studio (only if you use it): the product photo you upload and the images made from it.
We don’t use analytics or tracking on this website.
Why we use it
- To deliver your theme, license key and updates.
- To answer your support requests.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To keep the website secure.
Who we share it with
- Creem: merchant of record for payments, invoices and VAT.
- Cloudflare: website hosting (and Mascot Studio, if you use it).
- Google: our email (Gmail).
- Higgsfield: makes the images in Mascot Studio, only if you use it.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Order details: as long as accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years in Lithuania).
- Support emails: up to 3 years.
- Hosting logs: a short time, as set by the hosting provider.
- Mascot Studio uploads and images: deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello.unothemes@gmail.com.
You can also complain to the Lithuanian data protection authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt).
